Internal Communications

Engaging employees with company culture, priorities, values and mission have never been more important than they are today.

Internal communications are an essential way to align employee aspirations with company values and priorities and create a culture of inclusion so people bring their full selves and full effort to the workplace.

I have written a variety of internal communications, including newsletters, all-employee emails, executive company-wide and regional speeches and presentations and more.

Subject: Deepest Gratitude to Our Nation's Heroes this Veterans Day

Team—

Today we honor those who selflessly give of themselves to protect the home we all share and everything for which it stands. Please join me this Veterans Day in taking time to pay tribute to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces, both those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to support our liberty, as well as the heroes who we are privileged to count among our colleagues, homeowners, friends and family. Their commitment to the American Dream teaches us every day what service truly means.

To all our nation’s heroes, including the many distinguished veterans among our KB Home team nationwide, please accept our gratitude for your service.

Jeff
